Capital Campaign Committee
The Board of Directors has organized a Capital Campaign committee, with members from each member congregation, to review, organize, and prepare for a future capital campaign. Church Development Partners continue with their evaluation of several different properties. The Church Development Partners concept is one of acquiring sufficient property so that a portion of the development can be directed toward commercial or residential development and proceeds from that development then directed toward off-setting the cost of the land for the school site. Our working with CDP does not eliminate the option of our acquiring a 35-45 acre site of our own and developing that, should such a site become available.
