Mr. Dwight Hessman, a retired Highway Patrol Officer, will speak to Calvary students regarding the devastation caused by Meth Amphetamine use. Mr. Hessman has planned time at the end of the presentation for questions. The presentation begins at 1:55.Â
Calvary’s Active Parent Group will meet on Thursday, September 20, beginning at 6:00 p.m.Â
The first Think Tank meeting was held on Tuesday, September 18. Fourteen people attended the meeting, which was open to anyone interested in developing Calvary’s permanent location. The tentative site consists of 30 acres, which is more than needed to house the educational facility, athletic fields, and parking. The Think Tank meetings are being used to gain insight as to how the excess land can be used to serve the Lutheran community, as well as the community at large.
Future meetings will be published in church bulletins and on the website.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
